Buying Standalone JustTLC Online
You can select to purchase JustTLC as a standalone downloadable installation in three different ways:
- Invoice - We prepare an invoice on ordered products, which you pay by performing
a bank transfer to the Sweday international bank account. Ordered products will
be delivered upon invoice payment.
- Credit Card - We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Our card
transactions are done via PayPal, which is 100% secure. Ordered products will be
delivered immediately.
- PayPal - Use your PayPal account for express checkout and payment. Ordered
products will be delivered immediately.
Please note that your card details are not stored on our servers, which makes purchasing
safer for you.
Product Delivery
We use Electronic Software Delivery (ESD), in order to deliver a full version of
our product in a couple of minutes after your purchase. This means that instantly
after your purchase has been registered as successful:
- A full version of the product, support products and licensing keys are available
and downloadable from our web site.
- A confirmation email containing license keys and links to a product download page
is sent to the email address stated during the purchasing process.
This makes it possible for you to get started using your new product in just a couple
of minutes after your purchase.
Product Upgrade Policy
If a new version of the product is released within thirty (30) days from the day
of purchase and the price of the new version is equal or smaller than the price
of the purchased version of the product, you are entitled to a new version at zero
cost. License covers upgrades to minor new versions (0.1 incremental, e.g. 2.0 to 2.1).
VAT on Products Sold by Sweday
VAT stands for value added tax, which is charged on products sold by Sweday within
the European Union (EU). In accordance with the laws governing members of the European
Union, Sweday is obliged to charge VAT on orders delivered to destinations in member
countries of the EU. In general, VAT is charged in accordance with the local legislation
in each member state.
All prices displayed for products sold by Sweday are exclusive VAT. However, your
final price includes VAT and may differ depending on the actual VAT rate, if any,
that applies to your order. You will be able to see your final price inclusive of
applicable VAT before you confirm your order, when you have completed your order
information.
Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for "in
store credit" provided that:
- An evaluation copy of the product was not available from our web site at the time
of purchase.
- A properly completed Return Request Form has been sent to us, within 30 days of
the order date, confirming that the product has been removed from all systems and
any backup copies have been destroyed.
